Swatch Request

Buying rugs online isn't always easy. Gauging the quality, seeing what the pile feels like, or knowing if the colors are accurate can sometimes be difficult without help. Being able to see the rug first can save you the cost return shipping. That's why we created our swatch department.

Here's How It Works:

Shags:

Simply place an order for your shag rug online. In the comments section upon checkout, feel free to request up to 4 different shag swatches. We will then hold your order until you have received and approved the sample. This is a great way to ensure the color is right for your room.

Braided rugs and Cut roll runners:

Sample sizes of braided rugs can be ordered for your convenience. Simply add to cart the item labeled "Sample Size" on the product detail page. If a sample size is not listed, please call us at 800-562-9644 to inquire. For cut roll runners, just purchase a one foot sample in the runner you will need. We offer free shipping, everyday.

Hand knotted, hand hooked, hand tufted and machine made rugs:

Swatches are not available for these types of rugs. If you are unsure about ordering a large rug due to the potentially high return costs, we recommend placing an order for the smallest size listed, therefore keeping the return cost down to a minimum. After seeing the small rug in person, just email us for an RA# to return it. Then place the new order for the actual size you need with confidence.

Our customer service representatives are extremely knowledgeable about every item on our site. We are always happy to look at the rug in person to give you a better description. Many customers have sent in their paint chips and fabric swatches and are thrilled that our designers were able to find them the perfect rug!
