Cancellations

CANCELLATION POLICY:

All cancellation requests must be in writing before the item has shipped. Please fill out the Cancellation Request Form. We will make every effort to stop a shipment of a requested cancellation; however we cannot control shipment once an item has been processed. In stock items are unable to be cancelled due to immediate processing. Orders are transferred to the supplier immediately to ensure quick delivery. We do not charge a cancellation fee.

An order is only considered cancelled once you receive confirmation via email that the order was successfully able to be cancelled.

Special Offers: Free Rug Pads

If a special offer of a free rug pad with the purchase of a corresponding rug is utilized, and the rug is either cancelled before it ships or returned, the retail price of the rug pad will be deducted from the order refund. The special offer only applies to orders where the specific designated code is used at checkout, and does not apply to orders for sizes 4x6 or smaller.  Please see the full Return Policy for additional details.
