RDR was a company I’d never heard of. I have a matching SUNDIAL rug I purchased from another source that has since gone out of business. I was thrilled when I found a new source. RDR said shipping of the rug would be 2-3 months. It arrived 3 days before the 3 month date. Communication with the company was excellent and my emails for updates were returned almost immediately. All this being said I few things to be aware of. My rug cost more than $5000 and RDR takes your money immediately. As most companies wait until shipping, this was not the case. Credit card companies will not allow you to contest a charge after 3 months. I became quite anxious as the deadline grew near for any refund if the rug didn’t appear. All turned out well, the company is legit and they delivered as promised. I would order from them again.
