I was expecting a genuine Tibetan rug and was disappointed. However, my expectations were due to my own lack of diligence in reading the minimal description and then asking for more information. The rug I received is a woven rug that is very attractive and looks wonderful in my living room. The texture of the rug is a bit scratchy. Again, I was expecting wool or wool and cotton, and I should have used due diligence. I would probably return the rug, except that it was on sale and would be difficult to return due to its size. Service from Rugs Done Right was excellent, so that is worth 5 stars, but I strongly encourage this company to provide fuller descriptions of their products. 3 stars is based on rug quality.
