Quality and beauty of the rug is outstanding. It is perfect compliment to my decor. It was the final touch needed. However, one thing I did not consider because I had never owned a jute rug before is that my two small dogs pull up fibers when they are playing. Per instructions I am clipping fibers but I don't know how long I can continue this before rug shows too much wear and tear.
Good thing is rug is reversible so hopefully I will get many years of service prior to having to replace it. It was very difficult to find a rug with the right color scheme and design (wheat & black) so I'm hoping my young dogs calm down soon. Service and response by Rugsdoneright was outstanding. Loved that I could order samples to know exactly what rug looked like prior to ordering.

Great purchase. Packed very well and shipped fast. Obsessed with this rug, perfect for the space. The beige color is a little darker than I thought but still cohesive. The wool is soft and has a natural look, like a large mat vs heavy rug which is exactly what I needed. Not seeing any loose threads, made well and looks like it will be long lasting. Bonus it can be vacuumed and was not shedding when laying it out. Couldn’t be happier.
