I love this for my hallway, this area gets a lot of foot traffic, and the old regular run got so beat-down looking , even with weekly vacuuming. Its basically custom too, so many patterns to pick from. Also, I shopped around a lot to find a long runner 9.5 feet long.
Beautiful. Soft. Patterns brighter than depicted but still lovely. New smell went away within a day. Beautiful complement yo my bookcase wall
We had been looking for just the right rug for a year. We were thrilled to see one similar to the one we wore out. Great customer service, timely delivery and everyone who comes to our home comments on how much they love it.
I wrote an earlier review, which I would like to revise. I was expecting a genuine Tibetan rug and was disappointed.
However, my expectations were due to my own lack of diligence in reading the minimal description and then asking for more information.
The rug I received is a woven rug that is very attractive and looks wonderful in my living room.
The texture of the rug is a bit scratchy. Again, I was expecting wool or wool and cotton, and I should have used due diligence.
I would probably return the rug, except that it was on sale and would be difficult to return due to its size.
Service from Rugs Done Right was excellent, so that is worth 5 stars, but I strongly encourage this company to provide fuller descriptions of their products.
