My machine washable rug is very high quality, soft and beautiful. This is a great company to work with. Jamie, the CEO personally responds to email inquiries. They also have a rug sample program which is extremely helpful when trying to make a decision on the right rug. Shipping was fast too! I will definitely purchase again.
