Buying rugs online isn't always easy. Sampling enables our customers to clearly view the color, texture and pile height of a specific rug, simplifying the rug selection process and minimizing the need for returns. That's why we created our swatch department featuring an extensive sample library.
Our customer service representatives are extremely knowledgeable about every item on our site. Our team has seen many of the rugs in person, and can help give you a better description. Many customers have sent in their paint chips and fabric swatches for matching, and are thrilled that our designers were able to find them the perfect rug!
Sample are available for many of these rug types. If you are unsure about ordering a large rug due to the potentially high return costs, we recommend placing an order for a sample or the smallest standard rug size listed, therefore keeping the return cost down to a minimum. After seeing the sample in person simply request return to send the sample back for refund. You can then feel much more confident placing the order for the actual rug size you need!
Samples of cut roll runners can be ordered for your convenience. Simply add QTY 1 to cart of an item labeled "Cut Roll Runner" on the product detail page. You only need to purchase a one foot sample in the runner you will need.

Dash & Albert Samples are available for purchase. The cost of the 24" x 18" sample is credited when you purchase the larger size of that rug.
Spicher & Co. samples are available for purchase. The cost of the 4" x 4" sample is credited when you purchase the larger size of that vinyl mat.
Kalaty rug samples are available for purchase. The cost of the 12" x 18" sample is credited with a larger rug purchase, or refunded in full once returned with a proper RMA.
Rugs Done Right samples are available at no charge. Please email online@rugsdoneright.com for a 9" x 9" swatch. Limit 6 per customer.
HRI samples are available for purchase. The cost of the 24" x 24" sample is credited with a larger rug purchase, or refunded in full once returned with a proper RMA.

The Rugs Done Right ordering process was easy, with a helpful person to answer questions on chat. The rug arrived in perfect condition and in a timely manner after the order was placed. The quality of the rug is as described and I think it will hold up well in the kitchen space. I do think the pattern is a bit busy, but the family likes it. I think it would look better under some furniture. All in all, a good experience, a good rug, and a great price!
