We "needed" the rug delivered within a few days for my son's graduation party. The Rugs Done Right reps actually called us to coordinate the expedited shipping. I have purchased Spicher and Company floor mats before. They are great and look beautiful especially in old houses. There are so may lovely patterns to choose from and they are so durable. This was the 1st time I ordered through Rugs Done Right. It was a great company to work with and would highly recommend both Spicher and Company and Rugs Done Right.

RDR was a company I’d never heard of. I have a matching SUNDIAL rug I purchased from another source that has since gone out of business. I was thrilled when I found a new source. RDR said shipping of the rug would be 2-3 months. It arrived 3 days before the 3 month date. Communication with the company was excellent and my emails for updates were returned almost immediately. All this being said I few things to be aware of. My rug cost more than $5000 and RDR takes your money immediately. As most companies wait until shipping, this was not the case. Credit card companies will not allow you to contest a charge after 3 months. I became quite anxious as the deadline grew near for any refund if the rug didn’t appear. All turned out well, the company is legit and they delivered as promised. I would order from them again.
