Above and Beyond.
I had been looking for a rug in the runner size. Unfortunately it was discontinued and very very hard to find. I even ordered it locally and online twice, and the retailers called to let me know they could not get the item. Your online chat person told me it was discontinued and would be hard to find, HOWEVER, they went the step further and asked me to wait a second while they checked something. They then told me they had the rug in the 2x3.5 size and had plenty in stock. I ordered three; its not the runner, but it will work!!!! THANK YOU FOR GOING ABOVE AND BEYOND when three other retailers did not.
