FREE RETURN SHIPPING: We are currently offering a promotion for free return shipping on orders of $500 or more with a replacement order of an equal or greater value item. Sample sizes (2x3 to 6x9) can also be returned at no cost when an exact replacement is ordered in the amount of $500 or more. For your convenience, we will send a pre-addressed call tag to pick up the rug to be returned. Please note: If the replacement item is also returned, the return shipping on both items will be at the customer’s cost; which is based on the original shipping fees incurred by Rugs Done Right. This a one time offer per customer. |

| If, for any reason, you are not happy with an item that you have purchased from rugsdoneright.com, please make a request for return in writing (email, fax or mail), within fourteen (14) days from the date of delivery. We will then send you detailed instructions on how you can ship the item back to receive a full reimbursement of the purchase price. You will be responsible for the return shipping charges. Please note: Return shipping costs are approximately fifty cents ($0.50) per square foot; so a 5x8 would be about $20. |

| All cancellations must be in writing (email, fax or mail) before the item has shipped. All returns must have a return authorization number. This ensures that proper credit is given to your account. If you refuse to accept delivery of your order, or make an attempt to return your order without an authorization number, you will not receive credit for that item. |

| All items are inspected before leaving the warehouse. Returns must be in original condition and soil/ stain free in order for a credit to be issued. After the return authorization is issued, the rug must be received back at the warehouse within 10 days. |

| After fourteen days from the date of delivery all sales are final, unless we have a return request from you in writing within that period. The date the item was delivered is day one. No returns will be allowed on custom rugs, braided rugs, cut roll runners, shags, seagrass, sisal, flokatis, needlepoints, rag rugs, indoor outdoor rugs, stair rods and accessories. No returns on oversize rugs approximately 8'6x11'6 or larger. No returns allowed on APO shipments. Purchased braided samples are non refundable. All clearance items are promotional and unique in nature, and therefore non-returnable. Each item in this category will clearly be labeled Clearance on the website and on the Confirmation Email and Receipt. Price matched items are considered final sale. Loaner samples are available for most seagrass, sisal, flokati and custom designed rugs, on a first come first served basis. Free swatches are currently available for most shag rugs. |

| If your rug has been damaged from shipping, do not accept it from the delivery company and call us immediately. This is the only circumstance that a refusal is allowed. We will arrange a replacement. If a damaged rug is delivered when you are not at home, leave the rug in the original wrapping and call rugsdoneright.com for instructions. |

| If the rug is defective or is not the rug you ordered, call us immediately so that we can arrange a replacement. There will be no additional shipping costs billed to you. You have up to fourteen (14) days from the date of delivery to request a return. All orders from rugsdoneright.com are protected by Our Customer Protection Guarantee. |
